Power and Performance Yo ga Institute is a premier
facility where you are certain to experience challenging

Anyone can start at any age and any level of physical
health.
Easily
yoga is the utmost system of health ever developed.
Many around the world continue to practice into their
90’s. Inhale Yoga offers the perfect entry point for
beginners of all ages and levels of fitness, including
those who have never done yoga, can't touch their toes,
are over weight, or are recovering from injuries.
All that
is required is a flexible mind; you do not necessarily
require being physically flexible. In increments,
you'll build strength, focus, stamina and flexibility.
As you would expect, we are also the perfect place to
continue the journey of yoga for a lifetime and offer
daily classes in several styles of yoga for students as
they advance. Inhale members will learn correct ways to
safely and effectively lengthen hamstrings, bring
flexibility to the back, and gain a broader range of
motion in the shoulders and hips.
Each
session is professionally lead. From the very first class
you will learn the concept of "doing it the right way
for you" enabling you to receive the benefits of each
pose according to your own ability. Your participation
in our sessions will require discipline and
determination, you will be challenged, but you travel on
a path of oneself as you determine the intensity with
which you work in each pose and throughout the process.
If you like to sweat, can focus on breathing, moving
and respecting what your body is telling you, you will
witness the emergence of new strength, flexibility,
balance, endurance and cerebral fortitude. As with any
worthwhile endeavor consistency is the key to success,
so we hope to see you often, fit and in high spirits.
